Organising funerals

The charity is very supportive in organising (mazishi) funerals. Relief of suffering amongst person who have been bereaved is another important charity task. We need more volunteers to perform these very important charity duties. The volunteers can sometimes be called at short notice.

Our organisation can only helps in organising funerals. Also in advising the bereaved families, as we have always done very successfully. ( Please refer to the Funeral care of this website for detailed information. )

Please be advised that we are incapable of providing financial assistance for burial expenses. But we can help the bereaved families to claim for death grant from their local social security office if the dead person is elligle to get one. We can also liaise with the Imam of the local mosques for the prayers.

Women vonteers are desparately needed to provide this very important service. Please inform others to come forward. We would like a Standing Committee to oversee this very important Islamic duty. Please do not worry Training can be provided for those who need it. If you would like to became a member of that committee, please let us know. May God bless you.
